Land lease costs in the Yantarnaya Zone have increased by almost 30 times

The budget of the Kaliningrad region will be replenished by a considerable sum from transactions on the lease of land plots located within the boundaries of the gambling zone "Yantarnaya". The cost of payment for the right to use the territory will reach 61 million rubles. This news was reported by the press service of the regional government (allslotsonline.casino).

"The territory with a total area of 3.6345 hectares, which is located in the gambling zone "Yantarnaya" in the immediate vicinity of the village of Kulikovo, will be leased. During the bidding process, the rent increased from 2.27 million roubles to 61 million roubles per year. Thus, the increase was 2,595.6%. According to the results of the auction, the right to take this territory for its use was given to Shambhala NAO, representing the Primorye Territory", - was stated in the report.

It is important to note that before that five large plots of gambling zone "Yantarnaya" also had to go to auction to determine their tenants. Thus, the organization "Synthesgroup" secured the use of the territory with a total area of 1.44 hectares. The price of this deal also increased significantly as a result of the auction: at first, the regional government set the price at 941,000 rubles per year, but then it went up to 1.026 million.
